Our food are made with the freshest ingredients possible.

We make most everything we serve in-house by our team of chefs, bakers, coffee roasters, and baristas who love what they do and enjoy doing it day in and day out.

Story :

Following the initial stage of raising awareness, it became crucial to solidify the unique 'Roast community' identity and maintain a strong presence in the minds of customers. To achieve this goal, we capitalized on the captivating brand narrative of Roast.

Emphasizing quality as the utmost priority, the majority of offerings are meticulously crafted in-house by skilled chefs and the culinary team, utilizing predominantly locally-sourced ingredients. With this concept in focus, our approach centered around narrating the brand's story.


We documented the culinary process through pertinent images capturing kitchen activities, effectively showcasing the dedication infused into each dish. Whether it's the cultivation of Roast's own coffee beans, the artistry of crafting pasta from scratch, or the mastery behind their tender corned beef, we highlighted the passion invested in every facet.

We delved into various visual formats, including multi-image posts to introduce novel dishes, animated GIFs showcasing diverse beverages and desserts, along with carousel and video advertisements spotlighting their lunch and dinner selections. Striking close-up photography and compelling copywriting were employed to construct teaser campaigns for upcoming additions.

The Challenge :

As an already thriving restaurant in Bangkok, Roast engaged our services to extend its well-established position and facilitate its brand's growth phase.

In this endeavor, their original Thonglor establishment was in the process of relocating to the emerging community hub, The Commons, alongside the imminent launch of another branch at EmQuartier.

Our primary aims encompassed reengaging with their current supporters, sustaining a dynamic digital community, and channeling footfall towards the upcoming branches.

Planning And Strategy:

Fortified with exquisite professional photography and an abundance of material from enthusiastic Roast enthusiasts, our objective was to curate an Instagram portfolio that exudes an informal yet elegant ambiance.

This compilation effectively communicates the zeal of the Roast collective, putting on display their unwavering commitment and artistry invested in each culinary creation.

Moreover, the gallery actively nurtures the thriving Instagram foodie community by sharing user-generated content and duly attributing photo credits, further solidifying the brand's connection with its passionate followers.


Our digital marketing strategy included the following:

To establish a robust digital presence for Roast, we initiated a comprehensive social media setup,

encompassing the following key aspects:

1.We secured blue and Grey level verification on Facebook, confirming the authenticity of our official pages and bolstering their visibility in Facebook search results.

2.Employed a Facebook multi-location setup to guide customers seamlessly to both Roast branches.

3.Executed social media consolidation, simplifying navigation across diverse platforms.

Once the setup was finalized, our focus shifted to generating awareness for the new outlets at The Commons and EmQuartier. This entailed employing strategies such as page likes enhancement and localized awareness advertising.

Our advertising campaigns were meticulously targeted, catering to distinct groups such as Roast's established supporters, culinary enthusiasts, well-to-do local residents, and various socio-demographic segments.

To elevate user engagement with our content, we ingeniously integrated clear and compelling calls-to-action such as 'Get Directions', 'Book Now', and 'Like Page', alongside inviting visuals of delectable cuisine.

Furthermore, our efforts extended to promoting awareness of Roast's affiliated brand, Daily Roast. We accomplished this by crafting tantalizing menu teaser-posts designed to captivate individuals who frequent Bhiraj Tower and EmQuartier, where Daily Roast proudly operates.

Content marketing : We used a lot of relevant and informative content for the promotion of a brand and its products to spread awareness among the audience. We published articles on high-authority websites around the web, posted regularly on the company blog, sent guest articles to relevant websites in the niche and used influencers to spread the word out in the market through our content.

Social Media Marketing And Media Buying : We used social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to build a community around the brand. We created high quality social media content containing infographics, posts, videos and graphics.

Video Marketing: We created and distributed informative videos, including, customer reviews, etc. on popular video-sharing platforms. By doing this it helped to create a positive buzz about the brand in the market organically and grew the base of loyal customers.

Results:

Brand, which was newly launched and had almost zero organic reach, gained over

18,000+ instagram followers with 300,000+ monthly impressions and 300+ average likes per instagram upload.
