We're starting off at Firefly* on Flamingo (located across the street and just .4 miles from the hotel). This is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of travel and to get ready for an exciting week.

This will be the location for our first class before we head out and also go to our first photo shoot locations.

We've arranged some Tapas snacks and soft drinks to unwind and the cost is included in the week's event fees. The planned menu includes:

Artichoke Toast - hearts, aioli, basil, pepper, chili oil
Stuffed Dates - bacon-wrapped, smoked almond, red wine reduction, blue cheese
Veggie Paellas - artichoke, peppers, tomato, mushrooms
Patatas Bravas - a flavorful Spanish tapa of crispy fried potatoes with a hearty red sauce drizzled on top.
Chicken Skewers - mojo-rojo glazed, roast garlic cream

If you want any adult beverages, they're available too, but you're on your own to pay for that separately.
